All About Orange Golf Balls

Bright colors and crazy outfits seem to be the craze this year on the PGA Tour. Rickie Fowler is a perfect example. Puma Golf and Rickie Fowler have put together some of the most interesting outfits this year. Most interestingly is what Rickie wears and uses every Sunday. All orange, from top to bottom, hat, belt, shoes, pants, and shirt. Orange. It’s only a matter of time before he starts to use an orange golf ball and those are becoming more popular.

An orange golf ball could help the player if he/she can’t find the ball while it’s in flight, having trouble finding the ball in the rough. The orange color is easy to see in thick grass, easy to find in the air, and easy to watch it land and follow its path as it rolls on the ground.

Try hitting a High-Visibility Orange colored golf ball, some of the best golf ball manufactures are getting into this idea of a brightly colored ball. They are using the same technology in some of their best balls, just changing the color of the cover! Companies like Bridgestone, Nike, Wilson, and Srixon all have golf balls available in orange so don’t feel hesitant about switching brands. If you’ve got that one particular brand you rely on, and it’s listed above you could make the switch to orange with no problem.  The High-Visibility Orange color is vibrant and reflective enough so you can see it on the ground, even it is buried in the rough. The Orange is easily seen throughout the entire ball flight and landing.

You could even sport your favorite color (if it’s orange) out on the golf course to match your outfit, like Rickie could, make you’re orange ball you’re lucky ball that you putt with or only drive off the tee with so you can see it clearly.
